Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy: At Universal Document Authority (UDA), we are committed to providing premium, highly structured administrative support and verification solutions for international clients worldwide. Operating from our corporate headquarters in the United Kingdom, our firm manages complex identity pipelines, cross-border authentications, and official certification files. Because our specialized operational workflow demands the immediate allocation of corporate resources and institutional fees upon file creation, we maintain a clear, transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy to govern all commercial transactions.

Our service model operates as an expert liaison between applicants and a sprawling global network. This network encompasses foreign embassies, registered driving schools, international consulates, certified medical institutions, and municipal transport offices across multiple jurisdictions. The moment an applicant submits an order on our platform—whether requesting a European Category B driving licence or an international document validation—the UDA compliance team instantly initiates file preparation, legal translation, and database routing.

Consequently, clients may request a transaction cancellation only within a strict window of twenty-four (24) hours from the initial payment, provided that active verification has not yet commenced with our global institutional partners. Once this standard grace period expires, or once our document specialists have formally logged your profile data with external municipal or diplomatic offices, the processing fees become entirely non-refundable. This protocol is necessary because third-party administrative fees, courier allocations, and state database registration costs cannot be recalled once deployed.

Furthermore, Universal Document Authority enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding data misrepresentation. If an application is delayed, rejected, or permanently closed by an authorized transport officer or embassy official due to a client providing fraudulent credentials, altered medical logs, or inaccurate historical records, the client automatically forfeits all rights to a refund. It is the sole legal responsibility of the applicant to ensure total data accuracy prior to file submission.

Approved refunds—such as those arising from an accidental duplicate transaction or a cancellation executed within the authorized 24-hour window—will be issued back to the original funding source within fifteen to thirty working days.
